In Menlo Park, the single family home development is located near the Menlo Park community center in the Linfield Oaks neighborhood (remarkably convenient to the Menlo Park main library, recreation center, swimming pool, Burgess Park, downtown Menlo Park, downtown Palo Alto and even Stanford Shopping Center. Approximately 32 single family hoomes will be offered including the Sunset Idea House (conveniently located across the street from Sunset Magazine’s Campus!). Prices are expected to be from about $1,500,000 to the low $2 million dollar range.
The development will have 6 floor plans ranging in size from a little over 1,700 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet. All of the homes will be 2 stories. The first releases are expected in late March or early April, 2008 and are expected to include a plan 2 (approximately 2,300 square feet) and a plan 4 (about 1,750 square feet).
