In Palo Alto, the new town house style condominium development is located in South Palo Alto in an area previously occupied by a technology company, probably Loral. There will be 75 condominiums in 12 buildings. Prices are expected to be in the $700,000s to $900,000s.
There are 3 floor plans ranging from a little over 1,100 square feet of living area with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths to a little over 1,600 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each home will have a two car garage, some of these will be in tandem formation (i.e., one car parks in front of the other). The first releases of these homes are expected in late March or early April, 2008.
